All managed projects
- Co-determination law conceptualization and implementation of the reorganization of the renewables business of the RWE Group (incl. negotiation of reconciliation of interests, social plan and structural collective agreements)
- Harmonization of the collective regulations of RWE Renewables GmbH (conclusion of transitional collective agreements, working time regulations, AT remuneration, structural collective agreements in accordance with § 3 BetrVG)
- Establishment of a global rewards function at RWE Renewables GmbH
- Project management transfer of E.ON Climate & Renewables GmbH to the RWE Group and subsequent integration into RWE Renewables GmbH (integration with innogy Renewables, transfer of a non-tariff company into the RWE collective agreement)
- Introduction of various Successfactors modules (Recruiting, Performance Management, Bonus & Variable Pay, Learning & Development)
- Introduction of a global learning platform (based on SAP Successfactors)
- Creation of a Global Rewards Policy for the Renewables Division of the RWE Group
- Transfer of E.ON Climate & Renewables GmbH to RWE Renewables GmbH (transfer project)
- Establishment of a personnel administration system based on the division of labor for the RWE Group (payroll accounting, contract management, recruiting, etc.) and further development into the HR Shared Service Center of the RWE Group
- Introduction of "Lean Management" and agile working methods in the HR Shared Service Center of the RWE Group
- Automation and digitalization of HR processes in the RWE Group (introduction of digital personnel file, digital incoming mail, fully automated forms, etc.)
- Introduction of an HR portal for the RWE Group
- Establishment of portfolio management for RWE Pensionsfonds AG (for approx. 50,000 pensioners)
- Introduction of a certified QM system in the HR area
- Establishment of an independent HR function in the UK for RWE Systems UK Ltd.
- Introduction of a customer management and key performance indicator (KPI) system in HR
- Group-wide HR IT system integration to a uniform SAP HCM system (D, UK, NL) for approx. 40,000 employees
- Establishment of an HR Nearshore Center in Krakow
- Conducting (mass) litigation on fundamental issues of occupational pensions
Legal projects (in the years 1998 - 2005)
- Formation and liquidation of limited liability companies as well as legal support of restructuring measures according to UmWG and measures according to §§ 291 ff. AktG
- Negotiation, drafting and review of contracts (e.g. (re)drafting of contracts for the sales, networks and trading divisions of ELEKTROMARK AG; drafting and negotiation for the group-wide procurement of desktop services for the RWE Group; drafting and negotiation for the group-wide procurement of SAP licenses)
